Gammera the Invincible (1966)

 An atomic explosion awakens Gammera--a giant,
fire-breathing turtle monster--from his millions of years of hibernation. Enraged at being roused from such a sound
sleep, he takes it out on Tokyo. 

Al Polo Nord si consuma uno scontro aereo tra potenze americane e
sovietiche. Un aereo precipita al suolo ed il botto risveglia una creatura millenaria. Il mostro si immerge in acqua e
si dirige verso il Giappone. Una volta raggiunta la terra ferma comincia a seminare distruzione. Le forze armate cercano
di fermarlo con i cavi elettrici ma la corrente non sortisce effetti. L'esordio di uno dei mostri Giapponesi. Gamera
nonostante la furia distruttiva viene bollato come il "mostro buono" per il rispetto che dimostra verso i bambini. La
doppia emme di copertina è un errore di trascrizione fatto negli USA.
